This Naturalista Online (NO) Digital Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") describes how we collect and use your information through a variety of digital means. By accessing or using this website, mobile application, or other Naturalista Online product or service on any computer, mobile phone, tablet, console, or other device (collectively, "Device"), you consent to our Privacy Policy. NO may modify this Privacy Policy at any time effective upon its posting. Your continued use of our products and services constitutes your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and any updates. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to, the Terms of Use.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
