This Naturalista Online (NO) Product Return Policy ("Return Policy") describes how we process requests for product returns. By accessing or using this website, mobile application, or other Naturalista Online product or service on any computer, mobile phone, tablet, console, or other device (collectively, "Device"), you consent to our Return Policy. NO may modify this Return Policy at any time effective upon its posting. Your continued use of our products and services constitutes your acceptance of this Return Policy and any updates. This Return Policy is incorporated into, and is subject to, the Terms of Use.

While this Return Policy is intended to generally describe our product return practices, our goal is to also provide more detailed information at times when it's most meaningful to you. Please look for these notices within our NO services.

DO WE ACCEPT PRODUCT RETURNS?

Yes, The NaturalistaOnline.com gladly accepts returns and exchanges!

Requirements:

To request approval for the return/exchange, you must:

Contact us within: 3 days of delivery


Upon approval, the customer will need to:

Ship All Order items back within: 7 days of delivery
Include the Approval Number on/in the return package.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Order Cancellations Are Not Accepted

Once we begin creating your exclusive order, we cannot process a request to cancel any items in the order.

But please contact us right away if you have any problems with your order.

 

CONDITIONS OF RETURN/EXCHANGE 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the return will not be accepted.

Once an item has been Opened, its return will not be approved.
